The BeNe League Will Be Streamed on RBIHF.TV

For the upcoming season, the BeNe League will be streamed live and on-demand on RBIHF.tv. This is made possible via the partnership between Sportway and the Royal Belgium Ice-Hockey Federation and with the participating clubs within the BeNe League.

The BeNe League is the top ice-hockey league in Belgium and the Netherlands and consists of a total of 9 clubs representing the two countries and we also welcome two strong German clubs to the BeNe League family, EHC Die Bären and EG Diez-Limburg Rockets. The production of all games is made possible via installing state-of-the-art AI production systems in each arena as well as giving the opportunity for each club to also produce the games themselves.

To begin, RBIHF.tv will be free for all of the fans to enjoy the hockey action before we go behind the paywall in mid October. At that point, the options to buy an Annual Pass, a monthly subscription or a PPV per game will be presented.

Hub van Grinsven, board member of the BeNe League, says “this upcoming season will be very special for us. Not only because we will have clubs from three different countries playing in the league but more specifically because we will have all games produces and streamed at RBIHF.tv . This will also allow for the BeNe League clubs to use the video file for game analytics via utilizing the video coaching tool provided as part of the AI system.”

“We are really exited to play a central role in making 100% of all BeNe League games available for all fans. In addition we will work closely with the clubs to support them using the video coaching tool for both game analytics as well as using the system for practices.” says Martin Englund, CCO at Sportway.

The new season begins tonight!
