
Bonnier News, Gota Media and NTM Media today announced a new three-year agreement with Sportway for the media rights to Ettan – marking an important next step in our long-standing collaboration.
From Sportway’s perspective, this agreement is about scale, stability, and continued growth of Swedish football at the local level.
Together with Bonnier News, Gota Media and NTM Media, we will deliver hundreds of Ettan matches every year to a highly engaged audience through their strong local platforms. This ensures that clubs, players and fans across the country get the visibility they deserve – week in, week out.
Moving from short-term agreements to a strategic three-year partnership gives all parties the opportunity to invest, develop the product, and further strengthen the connection between local football and its communities.
We strongly believe in a hybrid distribution model – combining our own platforms with powerful local media partners. This collaboration is a clear example of how that strategy can unlock both reach and engagement.
