
Acquisition adds best-in-class live video platform and premium white label app development to Sportway’s renowned content management solutions, accelerating its global growth strategy
STOCKHOLM 10 October, 2025 – Sportway, the digital content and data management company headquartered in Stockholm, a subsudiary of Sportway Media Group that provides live streaming solutions to sports organizations worldwide, has today announced the acquisition of Sportall, a revolutionnary sports tech company specialized in unique direct-to-consumer video platforms and Media-as-a-Service products. The acquisition will enable Sportway to enhance its already strong portfolio of scalable live streaming solutions, broaden its partnerships into several new sports, and add premium fan engagement tools to its already vast portfolio of customizable features.
Some of the market leading media products developed by Sportall include FIA WEC TV, the official streaming application of FIA World Endurance Championship and its flagship event Les 24 Heures du Mans, Futzal Zone, the official media platform of French Football Federation’s Division 1 Indoor Football championship, and Athlé TV, Fédération Française d’Athlétisme’s own OTT channel. Other notorious existing clients of Sportall include Fight Nation, World Lacrosse, the Association of National Olympic Committees, World Squash, the International Federation of American Football, and Fédération Française de Natation, among others.
Headquarted in Paris, Sportall will operate as a subsidiary of Sportway France while the white lable OTT platforms and mobile applications developed by the company, which also includes Sportall TV, a highly scalable, no-code, multi-tenant video platform, will integrate seamlessly with Sportway’s D2C services which are already commercialized in more than 15 countries across the world.
