Samen met sportbonden, leagues en clubs bouwen we aan een landelijk netwerk van AI-camera producties en OTT-distributie. Daarmee maken we sport structureel zichtbaar én helpen we duurzame verdienmodellen mogelijk maken (abonnementen, pay-per-view, sponsoring).
Als Projectmanager ben jij de schakel die alles in beweging houdt, van planning tot livegang.
Je werkt voornamelijk tijdens kantooruren, maar soms ben je betrokken rond een wedstrijddag of livegang. Juist die mix van kantoorwerk en clubbezoeken maakt de rol dynamisch.

Hoe ziet je dag eruit?
· Je coördineert meerdere clubtrajecten tegelijk: planning, opvolging en livegang.
· Je schakelt met clubs, bonden, installateurs en interne teams (NL + internationaal).
· Je bewaakt voortgang en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat de volgende stap is.
· Je stemt hardware en uitrolplanning af met het internationale team (o.a. HQ in Zweden).
· Je vertaalt voortgang naar heldere rapportages: wat loopt, wat blokkeert, wat staat op de planning.
· Je werkt nauw samen met de Partnership Manager Sport om de overdracht na ondertekening soepel te laten verlopen.

· Je hebt je eerste werkervaring opgedaan (ongeveer 1–3 jaar) en bent toe aan een rol met meer impact en verantwoordelijkheid.
· Je bent hands-on: je ziet wat nodig is en regelt het.
· Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig, zonder stroperig te worden.
· Je communiceert duidelijk en voelt je comfortabel in contact met clubs.
· Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en goed Engels.
· Je hebt affiniteit met sport en vindt het leuk om dicht bij de actie te werken.

Project Manager at Eyecons | Sportway NL
Together with federations, leagues and clubs, we are building a nationwide network of AI-camera productions and OTT distribution. This helps make sports structurally visible and enables sustainable revenue models (subscriptions, pay-per-view and sponsorship). As Project Manager, you are the link that keeps everything moving — from planning to go-live.
You’ll mostly work during office hours, but occasionally you’ll be involved around a match day or go-live moment. That mix of office work and club visits is what makes the role dynamic.

What you’ll be doing day to day
· Coordinating multiple club roll-outs at the same time: planning, follow-up and go-live moments.
· Keeping everyone aligned: clubs, federations, installers and internal teams (NL + international).
· Tracking next steps and ensuring agreements are followed up with the right people at the right time.
· Aligning hardware planning and roll-out with the international team (incl. HQ in Sweden).
· Turning progress into clear reporting (pipeline, blockers, next milestones).
· Working closely with the Partnership Manager Sport to ensure a smooth handover after signing.

· You communicate clearly and feel comfortable speaking with clubs and stakeholders.
· You speak and write fluent Dutch and good English.
· You’re into sports and you enjoy being close to the action, even if that occasionally happens in the evening or weekend.
· Driver’s license: yes.
