With ambitious growth plans in Europe, we seek a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee our tech-oriented Support and Installation Teams in our Riga office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide, coach, and manage a Support Team of 8 full-time employees and 2-4 seasonal part-time employees.
  • Oversee European support functions centralized in our Riga office, supporting up to 100,000 live broadcasts annually (B2B and B2C).
  • Coordinate a team of 2-3 Riga-based Travelling Installers, manage logistics, and plan installation trips across Europe with teams in Helsinki, Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, and Prague.
  • Collaborate daily with Product Managers of various streaming services.
  • Operational management of the Riga office.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing tech-oriented Support Teams.
  • Well-organized and adept at working with internal and external resources.
  • Knowledgeable in IT and broadcasting.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • University degree.
  • Fluent in English and Latvian (additional languages are a plus).

Additional Information:

Start Date: August 1st or by early September.

Location: Riga.

Starting Salary: €2500-€3500 Gross/Month.
